By using wormholethrift.com or placing an order with Wormhole Thrift, you agree to these terms.

Products are sold in limited quantities and are usually one-of-one. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An order is not final until checkout is completed and payment is accepted.

We try to describe and photograph items accurately. Because many items are secondhand, vintage, collectible, or previously owned, minor wear, age, storage marks, manufacturing variation, or other signs of prior life may be present.

Prices, availability, product descriptions, and shipping rates may change before launch or between orders. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, listed with a clear pricing or inventory error, cannot be shipped safely, or appears to involve fraud or misuse.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Wormhole Thrift is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses.

The site and its contents are provided for personal shopping use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.

These terms are governed by applicable United States and North Carolina law, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
