Refund policy

Wormhole Thrift sells secondhand, vintage, collectible, and one-of-one items. Items may show normal signs of age, storage, or prior use. Please review the photos and description before ordering.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us through the storefront contact form with your order number and the item you want to return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all included parts, packaging, tags, or accessories that were included in the original order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived materially different from the listing or was damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. We may refuse a return or reduce a refund if the item is returned damaged, incomplete, altered, or not in the condition sent.

Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return unless required by law.

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
